This in-person, one-day event for Early Career Researchers (ECRs) will have a focus on fostering meaningful connections across the MHP and beyond.

The event will combine a skills-building session focused on grant writing, followed by structured opportunities for networking and knowledge exchange across disciplines.

Welcome

Professor Andrew Mcintosh, Director of MHP will open and lead the morning session.

PPIE talk

A member of our PPIE Steering Group will give a talk from a lived experience perspective.

Grant writing workshop

Professors Cathryn Lewis and Andrew McIntosh will lead a workshop on successful grant writing.

Networking

Enjoy lunch and informal networking at the beautiful St Hilda's College.

Research Exchange

Share your research with other ECRs, and hear about theirs, in a structured networking activity.
