There are ongoing challenges with issuing contracts and making payments to award recipients. We are working to resolve these before launching the awards.
We know that some of you are already developing ideas for applications, and we wanted to give you advance notice. We are sorry to share this disappointing news. Please hold on to your ideas for when the current situation is resolved, and we have a clear way forward.
